OK--I'll bite. What does Scheduled Outage mean? You got a notice I have not received. Was it just your blog, or the whole blogger network? I must have missed it, if so.
Is THAT what was happening? Every time I tried to comment or even visit some blogs, I got a weird Google error message that said to try again in 30 seconds. Now I know! Thanks for the explanation--I guess you know all about outages, huh, Mary?

I don't know; right after I did the post, I logged off. Didn't log back in until the next day. Didn't notice anything amiss. ???
